- How do I create an account?
You just simply clik on the Join Now button on the very first page of the KoolRo website.
- How can I upload my pictures?
There are two ways to do that. You can click to the "Upload pictures" in the account details or by going to the "My Pictures"
section of the page where you have the choice, among others, to manage, upload, delete your stuff.

- How can I upload videos?
Here's how: click on the "Profile" tab, choose "View my profile" link and then under your main photo you'll find "My videos".
Click on it. You will be able to upload and manage your videos from here.
You need to provide a link from youtube.
- How can I send a message to a contact?
Choose a contact, and then click on "Send the 'contact' a message".
- How can I change my password?
Do the following: click on the "Profile" tab, choose the "Edit Profile" link in the "Account Details" section.
Then click on the "Password" tab and type in the neccesary information. That's all.
- How can I change my date of birth?
Do the following: click on the "Profile" tab, choose the "Edit Profile" link in the "Account Details" section.
Then click on the "Change DOB" tab.
- How can I change the basic information (sex, relationship status, etc.) about myself?
Do the following: click on the "Profile" tab, choose the "Edit Profile" link in the "Account Details" section.
Then click on the "Add to your Profile" tab and open the "Click to Edit your Profile" link. From there you'll be able to change the basics
you want people to know about you. Not all fields needs to be completed, but try to provide as much as you can. We want to know
all about you :)
- How can I manage my contacts/friends?
Click on the "Profile" tab, on the left hand side menu pick and click "My Contacts".
Here you have the choice of the following:
1. check the list of your current friends(contacts),
2. check your New Request - currently pending requests, requests waiting for your approval
3. check your Pending list - the status of the invitations you sent out for approval
4. check your Top Ten list - your favorite 10 friends
5. check your Hot List -contacts you consider HOT for some reason :)
6. check your Block List - contacts you blocked are listed here
- How can I ADD friends/contacts to the Top Ten list?
Click on the "Profile" tab, on the left hand side menu pick "My Contacts".
Choose the "Top Ten" tab. On the bottom of the page you will see the list of your current
contacts. Under every contact you will find a blue link "Add TopTen". Click on it and repeat
for all contacts you want to add to the Top Ten list.
After you are done don't forget to SAVE the list, since otherwise the changes you made will be
lost.
- How can I REMOVE friends/contacts to the Top Ten list?
Click on the "Profile" tab, on the left hand side menu pick "My Contacts".
Choose the "Top Ten" tab. You will see here your contacts added to the Top Ten list, if you have any.
Under each Top Ten contact you will have a blue link "Remove". Click on it to remove that contact
from your Top Ten lis.
You can also reorder your list simply by dragging each contact using the green tag on the
right lower corner of each contact card. Don't forget to SAVE the list!
- How do I check my messages?
Click on the "Profile" tab, on the left hand side menu pick "My Messages".
On this page you will have the option to check your INBOX, SENT and THRASH mails.
Choose the tab you need and click on the blue link for the mail you want to read.
- How do I delete/move/report my messages?
Click on the "Profile" tab, on the left hand side menu pick "My Messages".
Pick one of the tabs INBOX, SENT, etc.
You will see the list of messages you have in the choosen mailbox.
On the right hand side of every message there is a check box. Check one or more, then
choose an action from the menu on the bottom of the page for moving, deleting messages.
You can also add a new mailbox, for example named Family, and keep all the related
messages in that mailbox for easier access.
<- How can I create a new mailbox?
Click on the "Profile" tab, on the left hand side menu pick "My Messages".
On the right hand side of the page where it says "Create a Mailbox" enter the name of your new
mailbox and hit submit.
- How do I delete a mailbox?
You can only delete the ones you created, you cannot delete the INBOX, SENT, and THRASH.
Click on the "Profile" tab, on the left hand side menu pick "My Messages".
Check the list of Mailboxes you currently have on the right hand side. Next to each mailbox created by
your there is a blue link "Delete". Click on it in order to get rid of the corresponding mailbox.
Make sure you move all the messages you want to keep for future use!
